The Best Biscuits

"Sour Cream Butter Biscuits"

2 cups of self-rising flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter at room temperature
1 cup of sour cream

Preheat oven 400 degrees
Mix flour and butter together add sour cream, blend well
Place spoonfuls of batter in greased miniature muffin pan.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden.
