Shrimp and Rice

2 lbs.shrimp
1 large red bell pepper(chopped)
1 Large green bell pepper(chopped)
1 large onion(chopped)
1 chopped jalepno
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 cup brown sugar(add at end)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 clove minced garlic
2 cups minute rice(add at end)

Saute veggies in butter...Then add liquids and shrimp....Cook till shrimp are done, and then add brown sugar and rice....Cook for a few minutes, then cover and let stand for about 10 minutes.....
