Sour Cream Butter Biscuits

2 cups self rising flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 400
Mix flour and butter together, add sour cream, blend well
Place spoonfuls of batter in greased miniature muffin pan
Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until golden
